I am foodie and self-taught cook. After years of experimenting in the kitchen and receiving rave reviews from family and friends, I decided to write a cookbook which you can find on Amazon. Being an IT Professional by trade for the past 30 years, I started this food blog as a way to share my favorite recipes with family and friends. While not all of the recipes on this site were created by me, all of the recipes on this site have been tested and approved by my family and me. All of the photography you see on this site was taken by my spouse or me.

Please Note: when possible I try to include the nutritional information for the recipe. The data I use to compile this information comes from The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Composition Databases
